Whiston Village Hall

Whiston Village Hall facilities are ideal for functions, events, training sessions, exhibitions, sports groups, exercise classes and more.  We welcome bookings both from the community and businesses.  Full Wi Fi facilities are available for hirers.

Main Hall & MEETING Room

We have a variety of facilities suitable for a wide range of events and occasions. The following facilities are available at the hall:

  • Large, well lit, spacious main hall with wooden flooring suitable for up to 300 guests
  • A smaller meeting room suitable for meetings and events up to 40 people
  • Ladies and gentlemen toilets, including an individual disabled persons WC with baby changing facilities
  • 190 standard armless chairs + 10 identical chairs with arms
  • 25 round tables. Each is 4 ft (122cm) in diameter and will seat 6-8 guests.
  • 3 rectangular tables 6ft x 3 ft (183 cm x 91.5 cm) which can be used for a top table to seat 11 people.
  • 40 standard blue chairs in the function room along with a selection of rectangle tables
  • Wi-Fi facilities available to all hirers
  • PA system

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen including:

  • 1 under counter fridge and a freezer
  • Professional range cooker
  • Warming facilities (bain-marie)
  • Commercial microwave
  • Dishwasher
  • Hot water urn

  • Serving hatch to main hall
  • Bar service ran by our licensees, The Drop Inn

External

  • Full disabled access including a lift which provides access down to the main hall
  • A large car park suitable for up to 60 cars including 4 designated disabled bays
  • Vehicle access to the rear of the premises for easy loading and unloading for caterers
