Availability & Booking Calendar

Whiston Village Hall is a well-used community venue, with a busy calendar of regular activities, private events, and special bookings.
To help you plan your event, our online calendar allows you to view availability, explore existing bookings, and submit a booking request directly. You can click on any fixture to see further details, or follow the simple steps below to request a new booking. All enquiries are reviewed promptly, and confirmation is provided once availability and payment requirements have been agreed.

How to Request a Booking

1. Check availability using the calendar below.
2. Select your preferred date and click ‘New Booking’.
3. Complete the booking form, ensuring all required fields are filled in.
4. Click ‘Submit’ to send your request.

Once your request has been received, it will be reviewed by the hall team. If your chosen date is available and all details are correct, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your booking. A further email will then be sent with payment instructions for your event deposit. Please note that bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
